The Fine Print
Vouchers expire 120 days after purchase. Appointment is required. We do urge you to call us in advance before the purchase of any vouchers to ensure availability for requested dates and times. Our cancellation policies do apply. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift.
Any unredeemed voucher may be refunded within the first three days of purchase. You must contact Groupon directly. Pioneer Cleaning Company LLC has no affiliation with purchase information of Groupon.
If you purchase a voucher and we are unable to book your desired dates/times due to availability, Groupon will refund your purchase. Inform them you were unable to book due to availability.
Rules & Restrictions
(1) One voucher per person. May use an additional as a gift. If you have already gifted an additional and have purchased multiple vouchers you have the option to have your extras refunded by Groupon or you may pay the difference in cost of the service provided.
Appointment is required for all Groupon services. Please call 704-593-6790 prior to purchase to confirm service area. We can't guarantee specific times or dates, as long as you make your appointment with us before your voucher expires, you can book for any available date we have; even if the appointment is after your voucher's expiration.
Upon booking please state that you have purchased a voucher or intend to purchase a voucher and which specific voucher. If you have purchased a voucher please have your "voucher number" or "redemption code" ready, we will redeem the voucher at time of booking. The voucher number/redemption code contains No letters and No dashes. Generally located underneath the barcode when selecting "view voucher.
